Rise from hell, back from the dead
Heart full of fear, distress and pain
Here comes the time when you fear my return
It’s your turn to die
Raise the sword, wielding the axe
Spilling the blood and the bastards will fall
Breaking their bones as I spit at their face
And hear them cry
I’ll build a fire where burns the betrayers
Don’t take me down, never even try
I’ve seen my life in the ashes of time
Don’t break me down
I’ll burn the sky to avenge all their lies
Fear my revenge, when death is my name
I’ve seen my life in the ashes of time
Don’t break me down
I’ll burn and destroy, deliver my hate
I’ll kill the deceivers in pain
Hang them high, pay for your lies
Facing the truth with no more disguise
Blood in my hand you will soon feel my pain
And cry to the sky
I’ll build a fire where burns the betrayers
Don’t take me down, never even try
I’ve seen my life in the ashes of time
Don’t break me down
I’ll burn the sky to avenge all their lies
Fear my revenge, when death is my name
I’ve seen my life in the ashes of time
Don’t break me down
I’ll burn and destroy, deliver my hate
I’ll kill the deceivers in pain

After getting hooked on "Where madness Dwells", I got the newest "Compendium" album... and only last night I decided to listen to this one, but I realized, this album is where I could have started. In any case, it did not take me long to add this to the IRONFLAME collection. Awesome !! sachavonkarl74

Setting aside the Dark Souls theme, because it's been noted at length in the comments. THESE SONGS FUCKING RIP. They would do so if I didn't know anything about the material that inspired it. It's just damn good Power Metal.

This is the best band that carries the spirit of Slough Feg onwards while at the same time offering a more sophisticated approach to composition than nearly every other band in the genre. Truly this is heavy/epic metal 2.0 John Aktypis

WHAT AN ALBUM, WHAT A DEBUT - of course, we should have seen it coming, since Tanith mambers are old hands at music business. Nostalgic, mellow heavy rock at its best with Cindy Maynard delivering some memorable vocals. MUST HAVE for lovers of Sanhedrin, Tower, Blood Star and the like. BoneWalker
